How do I know which size to buy?

On each product page there is a drop down menu that says sizing. There, it will guide you per product with measurements and sizing recommendations. If you need further assistance, you can email us at info@ogslf.com or give us a call at 1-844-647-5388

Will you be coming out with other style bras and colors?

Yes, this is only the beginning. We needed a place to begin. We intend to release our OG Bra in multiple colors, extended back sizes as well as introduce new styles in the months to come.

What is the best way to wash the inserts?

Each product has specific care instructions listed on the dropdown menu.
All of the inserts without the adhesive backing are machine washable but to preserve the quality we recommend all inserts be hand washed in warm water and air dry.

Natural Laundry Detergent we use at home.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping Policy

All orders will ship within 2 business days, pending availability and credit card verification.  If your order was placed on Friday after 3pm est, please allow an extra day for shipping. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information once your order has shipped.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact info@ogslf.com

We offer free shipping on all Domestic U.S. orders totaling $200 or more.

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders over $300 will require a signature on delivery.

Once the package is in the hands of the carrier we are not responsible.  We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify your shipping address or contact the carrier.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.  We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If for any reason your purchase does not work out, you may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order as long as the product is unwashed, unworn, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup) odor and fragrance and with tags on. All returns are handled on a case by case basis. Refund requests will only be refunded to the original form of payment.

If a refund is requested, your refund will not include the original cost of shipping and we do not offer prepaid shipping on items that are being sent back for return.

If you’re sending your item back for an exchange, we will cover the cost to ship your new exchanged item back to you.

The package must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. When we receive the defective item we will send out a replacement.

    Reserved Rights Regarding Orders/Returns

    We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject orders/returns from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;" An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
