Introducing our second thickest breast insert, the Midi Boost Insert. Perfect for small to medium cup sizes, this insert provides a noticeable lift and a beautiful boost, creating that dream cleavage. Designed with a C-shape, it allows space for your breast while enhancing your natural shape. The adhesive is on the outside, making it easy to place in your sports bras, personal bras, or even swimwear.

For the best fit, choose the same size insert as your OG Bra, based on your current chest size. Simply fold the insert, slide it into the bra pocket, adjust, and enjoy.
Hand wash or machine wash using a lingerie wash bag to protect the material.
Air dry always.
