Introducing our second thickest breast insert, the Midi Boost Insert. Perfect for small to medium cup sizes, this insert provides a noticeable lift and a beautiful boost, creating that dream cleavage. Designed with a C-shape, it allows space for your breast while enhancing your natural shape. The adhesive is on the outside, making it easy to place in your sports bras, personal bras, or even swimwear.

For the perfect fit, select an insert that matches your current bra size. Simply peel off the backing, place the insert into your chosen clothing item, adjust as needed, and you're all set. After use, reapply the plastic backing and store the insert in its original bag to keep it in top condition.
