I created the Original Self brand and OG Bra out of a deeply personal need and a desire to help others facing similar challenges.
After undergoing explant surgery in 2019 due to health concerns, I realized there was a significant gap in the market for bras that catered to women like me—women who wanted to feel confident and beautiful without compromising their health.
Traditional bras simply didn't work for my new shape, and I knew I couldn't be the only one experiencing this frustration. The OG Bra was born from my determination to find a solution, an option,that was both stylish and functional.
Original Self extends this mission, providing innovative, health-conscious products that support women through their explant or mastectomy journeys, helping them embrace their natural selves with confidence and grace.
